Our standard delivery fee is A$30.00. Your order will be charged in A$ at the prices listed on this website. Please allow 8-10 working days for delivery.

For delivery outside Australia

We will on receipt of your order, contact you via email or telephone to confirm your shipping requirements and shipping charges. Your order will then be processed.

Returns

Warranty Returns
A returns form is attached to the receipt that is enclosed with your order. Returns procedure is as follows:

1. Fill out the details on the returns form, including whether you would like a refund or an exchange.

2. Send the parcel to:

3: Take the parcel to your nearest Post Shop or arrange for a Courier pick up.
Goods are returned to Salthouse Living at your own expense, however if goods are faulty then we will credit the cost of the postage to your account.
